Individual Therapy
Tailored psychotherapy, based on your personal goals to overcome mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders, anger, bullying, stress, self harm. In person, face to face psychotherapy is ideal when you are wishing to deal with anything from anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and lack of confidence, phobias and many other limiting personal issues.
Telehealth (Phone or Videochat)
There are many advantages in seeing a therapist in person, but still others choose Telehealth. We offer both and neither can be considered as better than the other; they are simply different. Each approach has its own advantages and benefits. In both instances their success depends a lot on the client and counsellor engagement. Some may respond better in online psychotherapy sessions than in-person sessions, since he or she feels more anonymous and more open to disclose from the safety and comfort of home, and this can be beneficial.

CBT – Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Is a type of psychotherapy that helps people to change unhelpful or unhealthy thinking habits, feelings and behaviours. CBT may be used to treat problems including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, uncontrollable anger, substance abuse, eating disorders and other problems.
ACT – Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy helps you to take effective action in relation to things you can control, while making peace with those you can’t. Using the skills your therapist will teach, you will be able to confidently address life’s challenges and improve your mental health, work-life balance, relationships and general well being.
DBT – Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
The first word in DBT, “dialectical,” captures the treatment’s foundation. Dialectic philosophy features these core beliefs:
▻ All things are interconnected.
▻ Change is constant and inevitable.
▻ Opposites can be integrated to get closer to the truth.
In other words, two seemingly opposite things can actually be true at the same time. For example, it’s important to accept where you are and strive to grow. It’s important to recognize that you’re doing your best and keep trying.
DBT combines CBT, Core Mindfulness, Distress tolerance, Interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation to to help you live a life you feel good about
Schema therapy
A schema is a pattern of behaviours or thoughts that is developed early in life which we apply in adulthood that may be helpful or unhelpful. Schema Therapy aims to identify problematic schemas and replace them with more viable or adaptive in organising and understanding new information or situations we encounter in our personal and professional relationships.
